Frequently Asked Questions:
RESERVATIONS: We are by appointment only so it is required to make a reservation for your service. A credit card will be required at booking to secure your appointment. Reservations can either be made very easily online through our booking link or you may call our spa during our business hours to schedule your service.
CANCELLATIONS: Your appointment is especially reserved for you. If you are not able to make your appointment, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a 50% service fee. Any no show appointments will be charged the full service amount and will not be allowed to book again without prepayment.
ARRIVAL: First time clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork needed to perform your service. If you are running late for your service, please let us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to provide your booked service in the remaining time allotted. Full service price will be charged.
CHILDREN: In order to ensure the safety of children and for the courtesy of our guests, we ask that parents or guardians make alternate arrangements for their children while receiving services. Any child under the age of 18 receiving a service must have signed consents for each treatment from their parent or guardian before receiving their service.
GRATUITY: Is never expected but always appreciated. Please note that we are no longer accepting gratuity on credit cards. Cash, Venmo or Check can be given to your service provider.
PREGNANCY: We love pampering our expectant mothers! We offer many services that are both safe and relaxing, please inform us prior to your service so we can discuss safe options for your service.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: Any health conditions or treatments you are currently receiving for any condition must be communicated before booking your appointment. Your service provider will discuss safe options with you prior to receiving any treatment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Check, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.
GIFT CARDS: You may purchase Gift Cards directly online or at the spa during business hours. Please have your gift card with you at check out, as they must be present for redemption.
